Information we collect

We store your account details (email, name, and authentication identifiers) and the LIVE session metrics you choose to log. Payment details are handled by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to provide the analytics features of StreamPulse and to manage your subscription. We do not sell your data.

Data retention & deletion

If your free trial or subscription lapses, your account enters a 14-day read-only grace period during which you can still view and export your data. If you do not subscribe within that window, your logged session data is permanently deleted, though your account record is retained so you can return later. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
